The recruiter called me and ask the basic screening interview and then scheduled the next round with leader of Synechron. I gave this round it went great the interviewer was also very genuine and authentic. I got selected and recruiter scheduled another round with Senior HR on a Thrusday it was scheduled around 4 but she could not join due to her meeting. Then it got rescheduled for Friday at 6.00 but again it got cancelled and I was told they will reach me on Monday. But on and after Monday recruiter neither responded to the calls & emails which is extremely unprofessional I tried calling her counter part but no response. This is the second time I got ghosted with same person beware of them. Rest company is excellent would love to work there.
