I had a disappointing interview experience with this company. The interview was scheduled on a weekend, so I adjusted my personal plans to attend. I joined the call on time and waited for more than 10 minutes, but no interviewer joined. I also tried contacting the provided phone numbers, but my calls were not answered. Only after I had been waiting on the call did I receive an email stating that the interview would be rescheduled. While I understand that unexpected situations can occur, informing candidates after the scheduled start time reflects poor communication and a lack of respect for their time. The overall process felt unprofessional and poorly coordinated. I hope the company improves its communication and candidate experience in the future.

Entretien RH passé avec cette ESN, échange correct. En revanche, aucune réponse par la suite malgré une relance. Un minimum de retour, même négatif, serait attendu. Expérience candidat globalement décevante.
