Total 2 rounds. 1 Virtual and 1 in person virtual. The job needed strong SQL, ETL, DWH and basic Python, Databricks, Snowflake. Round 1: Virtual was fairly easy. Asked to share screen and write SQL scripts and python (pseudo)code. Interviewed experience aligned with job description. Round 2: In office but the team was in US so it was virtual too. 3 people pannel. 1 - SSIS-SQL. 2 - DWH - Testing. 3 - Python. Python was basic in job description and I have told the interviewer that I have used pandas for basic data wrangling, the first round interviewer was cognitive but the second round kept asking me about spark, pyspark, which i felt was advanced python. The emphasis was more on theory than my experience. 2 panelist left in middle of interview when i was sharing screen without acknowleding, that felt rude.
