Interview process was very nice, HRs were very helpful and responsive and they have scheduled interview based on my suitable time and provide me all the guidance. Provide me all the information about Job and my role, benefits etc and did continuous follow up till the time i have not received my offer letter.

It's was good interview where interviewer covered all aspect of SQL Server admin, from DR to HA to SQL Security, replication, Mirroring, Log shipping, Database architecture etc.

Interview
The interview process initiates with a call from the HR, if you've posted your profile on various job seeking sites, I got noticed via LinkedIn. Next is the technical interview, usually it is telephonic. For me, it lasted for 45 minutes approx on phone.
If you are shortlisted, you will be called on for a round of face-to-face interview, one technical and one with the HR, wherein you can discus and negotiate about the salary.
Depending upon the project you are getting screened, there could be a client interview too.
Usually they release the offer letter within 3 days of the HR interview.
