I applied through a employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Synechron (Pune) in may 2016.The process were lengthy,(just for 3 rounds interview)1st round was dificult. 1st Round. Core java multithreading 2 nd Round: Questions from Design abstraction etc, Don't know what they were trying to listen, Whatever you will answer they were contradicting that.
