HR has no clue which candidate is selected or rejected in the previous rounds. They call candidates to their Remote office in Hinjewadi phase 3 and humiliate them. Tech interviews are very useless, anybody can crack them. But interviewers are arrogant to nth extent to make you feel utterly inferior even though you give right answers.
