Interview
Interview Process was poorly managed on 25th November 2017.
There were 30-35 candidates present in Hall(At Radisson Blu Noida Sector 18). After calling candidates in person they were taking 30 mins telephonic interview(which could happen earlier before calling in person).
I have waited for 1 hour and saw candidates who came after me giving interviews. I reminded them of 30 mins but still, nothing happened.
I left after waiting 1 hour, complete waste of time, money and energy. I knew what to expect from Synechron when they can't manage 30-35 people interview.
Just improve your interview process, save time for everyone. If you don't know how to do that, people on LinkedIn will gladly help you.
