Applied online and was contacted same day for a phone screen. Completed second phone screen with senior managers a few days later. Was invited to do an in-person interview-which took hours due to scheduling mixup. No communication afterwards unless I initiated contact. Several weeks later, informed that the position was no longer available and they decided to promote internally. A lot of time and effort wasted.
