Interview
I applied for the position of Senior Java Developer and my overall interview experience with Synechron was excellent - which took around 2 weeks of time to finalize.
Just to explain the entire interview process, I applied through Synechron's LinkedIn channel and got a call from the recruiter instantly. The recruiter was very cooperative and helped me understand the profile and the skill-sets required. Then after a weeks’ time I came down to their office in Pune, Hinjewadi phase III for face to face round where there were 2 technical rounds and I was very impressed by the knowledge of the interviewer and more than questions it was an interactive discussion about core java, multithreading and some on Spring and its impact in the industry.
After that I went for the HR round and finally got the offer. Currently I have joined Synechron and its my 2nd week in the company and I am overwhelmed with the kind of transparency and the pace of processes and thankful for the opportunity to work with some great minds as in the team.

Interview
I attended a face-to-face interview at the Bellandur, Bangalore office. The interview process consisted of one technical rounds, followed by a techno managerial round and a final HR discussion to evaluate overall fit.

Question 1
The interview mainly focused on Core Java, SOLID principles, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, Microservices architecture, Java 8 and Java 11 features. They also asked several cross-questions and SQL queries.
Was not that difficult. Interviewer kept asking questions that were bookish. Not practical or experience related questions. He asked questions for 10 minutes, although the interview was scheduled for 30 mins. He stopped interview midway as I wasn't able to give bookish answers.

It took 30 minutes for 1st round, Interviewer asked coding question and went away made a silly mistake run for the give input but miss out some edge cases.
