I got a call and went to (f2f) 2 technical rounds and one HR round the interview was good with lot of good questions but even all this i haven't received offer letter. i keep following recruiter but no proper response.

interview was good with questions asked in core java threading, exceptions, collections, spring. and second round happened on devops related to CI tools like jenkins, GIT.
The interview felt unfairly biased. The interviewer posed 'illogical' questions, like comparing index types with data constraints/rule, and consistently met every answer with a repetitive 'Why?' follow-up. It appeared that the interviewer was more interested in challenging the candidate's confidence than assessing their technical proficiency.

Very worst total they taken 4 interviews useless company after 4 interviews they said you are selected now they are saying client put position on hold , really they are playing with employees,useless company no proper planning for position every time they will go for money no proper response they even don't care what others going on
