Interview
The interviewer had very good knowledge and the questions were very direct. No beating around the bush.
The very first question was how I start and complete my day in the current organization and all the activities that I do on daily basis. Then there were questions specific to the job profile(OTC products in my case). Few of the questions were related to current project like different tools that I use in BA profile, Complete life cycle of the agile methodology etc. And finally the 7 golden words "Our HR will get back to you." :)
The second interview, after recruiter. It took around 30- 40 minutes. Basically they asked technical questions related to your domain. The atmosphere is positive. The next round would be interview with client.
First round - basic business and domain experience questions

depending upon the feedback another round with client and then Final HR round
