Interview
First round Telephonic and then second round technical and then third round technical cum managerial round. First they told only one round of telephonic and one round of face to face technical cum managerial but they again asked me to come for one more round and after that no response from HR ...not even bother to attend the call... before attending the interview everyday I used to get 4 to 5 calls and on bthe day client interview I used to get 10 calls but after that for the feed back no response from HR no reply for calls mails and texts very in professional behaviour from the recruitment team

Service level architecture and detailed about tools
The interview felt unfairly biased. The interviewer posed 'illogical' questions, like comparing index types with data constraints/rule, and consistently met every answer with a repetitive 'Why?' follow-up. It appeared that the interviewer was more interested in challenging the candidate's confidence than assessing their technical proficiency.

Very worst total they taken 4 interviews useless company after 4 interviews they said you are selected now they are saying client put position on hold , really they are playing with employees,useless company no proper planning for position every time they will go for money no proper response they even don't care what others going on
