I applied by accepting interview invite from their HR. The process took one day. There were two technical rounds followed by a short HR discussion. They selected me after all rounds and asked me to wait for few days for the salary negotiation and offer letter. It's been more than three months since and I am still waiting. Though I got an offer from other good company in the meantime, these guys are a bunch of unprofessional nuts. During these days, the HR didn't even bother answering my calls/emails. And guess what, after three months, I again got another interview invite (independant of previous whole process) from another HR of Synechron. I told him about my previous selection and how it didn't get complete ever. He said this is for another client. I clearly refused to invest a bit of my time for such company.
The interview felt unfairly biased. The interviewer posed 'illogical' questions, like comparing index types with data constraints/rule, and consistently met every answer with a repetitive 'Why?' follow-up. It appeared that the interviewer was more interested in challenging the candidate's confidence than assessing their technical proficiency.

Very worst total they taken 4 interviews useless company after 4 interviews they said you are selected now they are saying client put position on hold , really they are playing with employees,useless company no proper planning for position every time they will go for money no proper response they even don't care what others going on
