The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Synechron (Pune) in Aug 2019
Interview
Interview at schechron is such a process which is very fast, accurate and formally maintained. But the worst part I experienced was the salary conversations with the interviewers.
I am done with both the rounds of interview and it was about to finalised where I will fit in the project at Synechron. At the same time, I was being asked for the offers I have and the salary amount I was being offered. Once I disclosed the salary amount, the interviewer made his mind not to take me. I have appeared at Synechron interview for 2 times and both the time I faced this kind situation.
I believe a technical interview should not have salary discussions. It's a part of HR job. I am also taking interviews in Infosys and I am aware about the process.
Even the first interviewer was eager to know the same thing.
I believe the managers at Synechron are very rude and they are responsible for making the reputation of the company. As everyone say, I will also say synechron is hire and fire for the employees beyond 6-7 years of experience.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Synechron (Sydney) in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview went for 45 minutes. Lots of basic questions, one or two was very difficult. Such as how to use singleton class to deal with multi-thread and concurrency in .NET. Very difficult. After a few days, I was rejected for not proficient in .NET
