From the beginning I got weird impression from the company (I had to wait on the couch right next to the table where all employees was having launch). These two Dutch men did not liked that I spoke English during the interview while I knew Dutch as ell. During the interview, to my question "What parts of your work at Synechron you like the most" they started both laughing and then said "we are sorry, it is not about you and this is so unprofessional from us, we just made this joke today internally". They also mentioned that they don't take themselves there seirously (I guess, I was serious for this company). I applied for the position Data Scientist while they called the next day after the interview and said that I lack consultant's qualities.
