Interview
The interview process was quite smooth. I had only two rounds one with Synechron and other with the client(Morgan Stanley)
Both the interviewers were quite knowledgeable and helpful) HR team is just great.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Round 1) Questions on multithreading concepts, DS, Core Java. Asked about Spring ( I said I don't have any experience but I'm willing to learn)
Round 2) Covered lots of topics - SQL stored procedures, basic queries, SQL injection, Design patterns (explained singleton), some questions on LinkedList and searching, multithreading concepts.
round 3) This was HR round where they asked about previous experience, the reason for the change, and some other basic questions.
involves several stages, First is Technical Round, Second Also Technical Then HR round.
Each interviewer evaluates candidates based on their performance.
A check on references, employment history, or criminal record is conducted for the finalist candidates.
