Recruiter invite for interview. online discussion with technical panel.
But observed descripancy during technical discussions as i am full time linux+ CPP guy, the panel continues to ask for Windows knowledge.
Even though during discussion, conveyed that windows isn't stream for development the panel continues to ask for windows questions.
After completion of discussion, in few days HR conveys that feedback is negative.
Which was obvious since they are asking windows questions to Linux developers.
Next after explanation from my side HR conveys that there's another opportunity for my profile, that is linux development and arranges technical discussion.
But eventually the discussion ends in no results and no feedback from HR.

The interview felt unfairly biased. The interviewer posed 'illogical' questions, like comparing index types with data constraints/rule, and consistently met every answer with a repetitive 'Why?' follow-up. It appeared that the interviewer was more interested in challenging the candidate's confidence than assessing their technical proficiency.

Very worst total they taken 4 interviews useless company after 4 interviews they said you are selected now they are saying client put position on hold , really they are playing with employees,useless company no proper planning for position every time they will go for money no proper response they even don't care what others going on
