They have this Technical round and HR round . Answered all the questions and got selected .
All details regarding role and compensation discussed and agreed.Was asssured of getting the offer letter soon but not responding now at all.
Company which can hire and fire at will .Doesn't care about employees .It would be complete waste of time and they cannot afford to pay as per the resource quality

The interview felt unfairly biased. The interviewer posed 'illogical' questions, like comparing index types with data constraints/rule, and consistently met every answer with a repetitive 'Why?' follow-up. It appeared that the interviewer was more interested in challenging the candidate's confidence than assessing their technical proficiency.

Very worst total they taken 4 interviews useless company after 4 interviews they said you are selected now they are saying client put position on hold , really they are playing with employees,useless company no proper planning for position every time they will go for money no proper response they even don't care what others going on
