Interview
Interview process is very standard. There was a technical discussion and then they would call you for a face to face discussion. Both the rounds are technical. Then there would be a HR round.
In Synechron, usually there are two technical interviews and one managers interview. Also there is a process of client interaction and interview before project allocation. Interview questions are difficult and based on real life scenario
Had wonderful interview experience with Synechron. After every round, the HR came back with feedback instantly and hence multiple rounds of interview went on seamlessly.
When I spoke about the work culture with few employees, they gave a good feedback and hence decided to accept the offer
