Very chaotic. They have outsourced their interview process to Singapore and Hong Kong from the looks of it. I got multiple calls from abroad, along with a very invasive WhatsApp call. We then arranged an interview in the late evening, to which they didn't even attend. I emailed asking if I had the correct meeting ID etc. and then someone joined - but not someone who was capable of interviewing me. 30 minutes later and still no interviewer. Apparently the interviewer was in an important meeting...but I think this was a lie as they also said that they weren't responding to messages or calls (so how would they know?) Anyway, why would I want to work here? The answer is...i don't - if they are this unorganized with interviews, then imagine the actual working environment. Very disrespectful.
