I had 2 interviews with the company which seemingly went well. Then I got completely ghosted. No communication whatsoever or follow-up, which I find quite disrespectful to applicants who spend time for the whole process. If you decide to move forward to next stages with different applicants, the least you can do as a company is let the other interviewees know.
