Please refine the process. Interviewer is checking Hands-on Knowledge on customizing , but that is not right the way to check. Interviewer is asking write a code for almost 3 scenarios. In one hour of interview if we write entire rest api. I guess one or 2 developers are enough to handle the entire project.

Interview
The interview scheduled was through a staffing agency, who had contacts with Synechron recruiters. The recruiter itself who first contacted me for a screening call, all of a sudden started asking some random questions on salesforce after asking me about my experience and then he scheduled technical round with a technical person who worked for another client within Synechron.

Question 1
As soon as the Call started, 1) Technical interviewer asked about my trailhead profile link to verify the credentials of the certifications. 2) He asked about latest project details and immediately asked to share screen to check task manager on my computer , checked all the apps that were open, running in the background, hidden etc. 3) Asked to write a piece of code in apex, asked some theoretical questions on batch class, LWC, integration. 4) Asked few questions on developer console, Dev Org, VS Code.
Overall, he was one of the polite technical interviewers i came across. ( because most of them wont come on a camera and you look like a stupid answering to yourself and I am the only one onthe camera like an idiot).

Interview
Very fake company, wasted my time, took 3 rounds of interview, asked for documents for offer release, and then no update. Not even replying on emails. HR just ignores the call by saying its in process. And kept me waiting for last 1 month.
