My experience with Synechron was an absolute waste of time. Initially, HR took all my current CTC details and agreed on a salary within their budget before scheduling interviews. After clearing all the interviews, another HR person asked for the same details and then claimed they couldn’t meet the agreed salary because they didn’t have the budget for it. This is a regular practice at Synechron, not just a one-off mistake. They deceive candidates, waste their time, and offer no respect for their efforts. It’s clear they don’t value honesty or transparency in their hiring process.
