A recruiter approached me via Whatsup. He does not know anything about work validity rules in Saudi Arabia.He asked me if I have visa .... I said no but I am a permanent residence. Then He asked are you a refugee then, I said No!. Then he wanted me to send him my passport pages to check formy Visa. I told him, I have PR card and my passport will not contain visa but he did not understand, then he asked me then you are a citizen? Very bad experience. So I must have working visa or citizen or refugee? never The recruiter does not knowanything about permanent residency privilage. I asked him to ask his colleagues in Visa & immegration hom but he ghosted away ALL COMMUNICATION WERE VIA WHATSUP, not official emails and he wanted me to send him my passport pages. The company can verify my story from whatsup messages. so bad I have Postgraduate with 15 years of experience. I am sure such recruiting process will send talenta away and the company will find it hard to attract good talents
