Don't waste your time giving interview to synechron. I had interview few weeks ago and intreview was good and selected for next round but after that It’s been over a month since I last received any update regarding my interview process, and I haven’t been informed about the next steps. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had a disappointing experience with the Synechron recruitment process. Previously, I had successfully completed all interview rounds, but the offer letter was never released. Despite following up multiple times via email and being asked to wait for a month, there was no resolution. Now, in this second instance, I was informed that I cleared the first round, but the final round has yet to be scheduled, with no further communication from the team. worst process dont give interview as its waste of time
