This was for onsite position for the biggest canadian bank. I was interviewed by a 2 member panel on 8th sept 25 and I was asked questions about the applications which I'd worked on. I was able to answer most of their questions. Interview lasted for 30 mins. After 2 days, I was told by recruitment HR that I cleared the round and how soon can I join in? I asked for offer letter. Next day I was told that client reduced the salary by 30% and they now seek juniors for this role. Pathetic interview experience.
