The whole interview process takes too long. Similarly, when they send you an offer, it takes another 2-3 months for them to complete the background check, and you still haven’t signed a contract or received any job guarantee. Everything is too vague, and nothing is concrete, which I believe is disrespectful to good professionals. While you are turning down job offers because you trust that you have secured a position at Synechron, for about 2-3 months there is no guarantee or contract to ensure your employment.
