I Went for interview on 8th April, there were aptitude test followed by 2 tech rounds and then HR(All rounds were good and interviewer was also good )
After 2 days got call from recruiter, that u cleared all rounds now there will be group discussion with Director
Director round was really unpredictable.
Director was rude in talking with us.
After interviewing students, in last director was giving us lecture that u guys even dnt know your MP and your city's famous dish, basic knowledge of technical concepts , then we(Synechron) dont need you.

Explain work exp
easy technical questions
For others he asked question like, what s the famous dish of your city, who is you M.p., why u did engineering if you father is MBBS., If your maths is good then why u chose testing why not development.What is diff between adv java and core java.
