Interview
HR Interview, then I had 2 tests, 1 Java test ( what will be output or error in the code) and 1 easy algorithm problem. Then I had technical interview with Synechron. After that i had few calls with Synechron, got an offer before interview with client. After that I had Java test, and after that interview with client. Whole process took around 2 weeks. After that i was waiting around 1 week to got response: "Client wants somebody with more years of experience". All people from Synechron was so nice, but client weren't that nice.
