I applied online and got selected for initial screening with the recruiter. After that, I was scheduled to speak with the Vice President. Then I got invited in for in person interview. I followed up with the recruiter to get more information about the interview before going in but there was no response. I planned for a regular interview only to walk into a 3 hour interview with 6 different people at different times. I performed well from all indications. After all this, I did not hear from them so i decided to follow up but to no avail. After going through all this stress, at least a thank you for coming to the interview but we decided to pursue a different candidate note would be greatly appreciated.
