The first step was a phone interview with the recruiter. The second step was a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. The last stage was a 4 hour panel interview. The first part of the 4 hour interview was with the Director of the department. Then there was an interview with the manager and the senior on the team. Last there was an interview with 4 people of the team
