Behavioral-based interview with two managers in a small conference room. They took notes as they asked an average of six questions. They alternated asking questions and the entire interview took about thirty minutes.

New to T. Rowe applicants will first have a phone interview, then will be invited for an in person interview. The main interview is a behavioral style interview, where the candidate should provide very detailed answers. Sometimes it is a 1x1 interview or with a panel of 3 or so interviewers.
