TARGAN Project Manager interview questions

I received the type "Dear John" letter that says thanks but no thanks as we are moving on with other candidates. Not helpful. The online application asks questions that are not directly applicable to the job posting. What pronoun do I identify with? My sexual orientation? Did I agree with my birth gender? These questions should never be on an employment application, as they are unrelated to job skills. Regardless if Targan is a publicly or privately held company - these are discriminatory questions and should stop.
