Interview was conducted online with 2 interviewers asking questions related to python, data structures and domain expertise, metrics used in DS, objective functions etc, their advantages, where each one was used etc. Also some implementations of problem statements on IDE was also asked. Most questions were basic.

Interview
Primeira etapa foi uma conversa com o RH bem básica onde foi perguntando coisas sobre trabalho atual, minha formação, etc.
Segunda etapa foi um teste bem fácil com problemas genéricos para resolver com programação e perguntas conceituais sobre estatística e ML.
Terceira etapa foi uma conversa bem descontraída com os líderes da área onde perguntaram sobre experiência, exemplo de projetos que ja tinha trabalhado (profissional e pessoal), ferramentas que tinha conhecimento, perguntas teóricas.
Depois da terceira etapa recebi uma proposta, eles dividem em níveis de 1 ate 6, como Data Scientist nível 2. A proposta foi de 8k/mes + bônus anual + benefícios. O bônus depende da performance, mas que eu poderia considerar como 3x o salário mensal. No final não aceitei por ser inferior ao que recebia na outra empresa que eu trabalhava, mas a Poatek me pareceu um lugar interessante no geral.
