I interviewed for 45 days with this company only to find they hired someone they'd interviewed for just 1 week while I was waiting follow up call. I first had an initial phone interview, a zoom interview with the same person, then an in person interview with the same person and a sales person. I was advised I had 2 additional interviews and an assessment left. After waiting 2 weeks for the additional interviews and assessments I received an email advising thanks for my time and patience but a candidate was chosen. I was advised they lucked up on the candidate during my final waiting period. I think the process is unfair to candidates and also morally unfair as well. I received all positive feedback and a little push advising I would possibly be considered in the future.
