Interview
My interview was going great and was just about finished when someone, who was invited to the meeting popped in at the last minute. My 30 minute scheduled meeting turned into an hour long meeting where I answered the same questions twice, though the second person who showed up late seemed irritated and clearly wasn’t having a good day. For someone who has been tasked to find talented individuals for customer facing roles, I would have expected a more professional and pleasant interaction. I was not pleased with the irritation the interviewer seemed to be expressing towards me, even after showing up 30 minutes late to a 30 minute scheduled interview.

Interview
Went through an almost 7 month recruiting process for 3 separate jobs. Each interview cycle they wanted me to conduct in totality (HM screening, team interview, presentation, VP). I wasn't sure why it took so many rounds to assess my skills.
