I’m very disappointed with this staffing agency. It’s one of the most unorganized companies I’ve ever worked with. I applied for a call center position, went through the interviewing process, and was offered the job. I attended the in-person orientation and was told that I would start the following Monday. Sunday night, I got a call and email stating that the training class was cut and I would not need to show up. They have called me for much lower-paying jobs that do not match my skill set. Whenever I call with a question about a job posting, no one has any information and they always need to call me back or forward me to someone’s voicemail. I wish I could delete my candidate profile completely. Working with TRC Staffing was been a complete waste of time.
