They have some flexibility with schedule.
Cons
This is one of the most horrible places I've worked. No work life balance. They reprimand you for the silliest things. They will change your project without your permission and then require you to attend training all over again. They are disorganized and do not have knowledge of job functions. They expect you to work when the systems are not even working. You will question why you work for them every day. They create hostile working conditions.
