I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Taco Mac Restaurant Group (Kennesaw, GA) in Aug 2012
Interview
There were three different interviews. The first was by a manager, the second by another manager who oversees the others, and the third was by the General Manager who runs the store (and some times owns it.) The interview process was harder than I expected considering the skill set requirements for being a hostess, however I appreciated them treating it like a "real" job, ensuring that those who apply have a positive attitude and really want to be there.

dirty restaurant. was not impressed by the staff or the way they treated customers. it was very rude and I was not a fan. i heard a lot of customer complaints
There were three separate interviews with three different managers on three different occasions. The interviews themselves were not difficult at all, but the three stage process was a little bit inconvenient
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Taco Mac Restaurant Group (Cumberland, GA)
Interview
Honestly, the interview was a joke. I sat in the waiting area and spoke with the GM who wanted me to tell him about what I liked to do outside of work duties. Then boom, I was hired, they will hire any body no matter what you can or cannot do. If you do not have any experience or brain matter rather this job is for you.
