If you are presentable and well-spoken, most likely you will get the job. Attrition is high at the location I was at therefore they are always looking for employees.

Very quick interview process. The interview was great. Manager was thorough and quick to respond with offer. Would recommend to a friends . Be prepared to name strengths and weaknesses.
