Initial screening was mostly about culture. The next step was the hiring manager focused on selling experience and experience with SaaS. The final step was role playing in a mock sales scenario. Two people in the role play. One a fake customer the other an antagonist. You get the scenario a few hours before the final interview to review and prep.

Had a first screen interview with recruiter, the recruiter was great to talk to, and overall was a really great experience.
Then we schedule a call with the manager, and it was also a good conversation, but consist of very tough questions to answer. even though the role description didn’t have any sort of specification about the kind of experience they were requesting, as I was from a competitor, the manager kept asking whether I would agree to reach out to my former companies’ customers. he seemed more interested in my contacts rather than my experience or skills.
He mentioned he liked my profile and wanted to schedule a second conversation, but I never heard back nor got any feedback.

30:min on my background and their evaluation process. They asked why talkdesk? Wanted to know if I was ok with just hunting. Straightforward and somewhat challenging given a first screen.

They never replied To my first interview and I was waiting for 2 months. Never got any feedback not even an automated one and that’s not good or expected from my side
