Wow. Unbelievably elementary process. Words of wisdom - do not challenge their business model in the interview. They don't want to be challenged. Instead, they want to cling to old ways of doing things. Very immature process as they completely ignored any outreach after not notifying me what the decision was after the interview. Sent multiple follow-up requests, still no response. I guess this is what happens when a startup gets arrogant in its ways. Sign of a failing startup. Wouldn't accept an offer if it was given. These are not people anyone should want to work with. Business model will most likely fail in the end as it won't be able to adapt.
