Focussed on Communication rather than Tech knowledge. Their was two interviews L1 and L2. Simple questions on L1 and more deep technical interview was L2. They tried some new way of hiring.

It consisted of GD,2 interviews,puzzles,DBMS schema generation and pen and paper based coding/pseudo code writing test.Schema generation and coding test was done after filtering students based on the other evaluations.

Seeing my python certification, they asked for any python projects
On first day,there was aptitude (games and sudoku), two interviews, a group discussion.The shortlisted candidates have coding question on second day and also to apply a concept(which they will teach) in a real world problem to solve it
