I had an experience of on-campus placement.It consisted of a Group discussion and 2 virtual interviews(Techno-Managerial).Cumulative scores of these were taken to shortlist candidates. As it was on-campus placement, process was comparatively easy.It felt like technical skills and communication skills were their priority.

There were two interviews L1 and L2. For me both of them were technical. but for some of my friends there were HR questions too. And also there were a Group Discussion along with games like sudoku, memory game.
