Target Beauty Team Member interview questions

I applied online and a day later got a call about their current job fair. I decided to come in and the employee looked for my application and I immediately got an interview. Right after I got the job offer and was told that I just had to give them consent for my background check, which I also did there. Currently I’m waiting for them to call me back about my orientation date.

It was a three step interview process after applying online. The first was a phone call, which they mostly just confirmed everything on my application. Then, we set up a time for the first interview. This was a team leader and he went over my position and what I would do. Interview questions were asked - mostly situational. It went well, but since his boss wasn’t in that day, we scheduled one a few days later. That interview was more hands on - with more confirming my application and more situational questions. Then, we went onto the floor to do some situations - such as “what’s your favorite recommendations?” “what would you do if i needed help with skin care?” etc. I was then offered a job and went over orientation and other informations with an HR manager. Since it was my first interview, I was extremely nervous but it all went pretty smoothly.
