Interview
I put in an application nonlinear and was called about a week later to schedule an interview.
The interview itself was your normal one-on-one deal with the HR/Hiring manager. I was asked your typical interview questions and was asked how I would react to different situations. After answering those, the Flow Team manager came in and asked similar questions and asked me if I had any experience that might come in handy. I explained how I was accustomed to heavy lifting and using a pallet jack due to my previous job.
After that, they asked if I could transport myself and I told them yes, that I had a car and motorcycle. And that turned in to my tabor as it turned out that the Flow Team manager had a motorcycle as well.
I was called a few days later to attend orientation.I attended Orientation with people who would be working in all different parts of the store, not just Flow Team. We watched a series of videos and answered some questions together. We then filled out paper work. After that, I believe we received our schedules, but that may have been on my first day.

I applied online. I had to complete a work survey. (Highly agree/Highly disagree). I got called in to interview two weeks later.
Two part interview. One with the Store Lead and second with the executive store lead. General questions for the first. And a lot of scenario based questions in the second.

Pretty simple and straight forward interview. Basic generic questions spanning from phone interviews to two in store interviews as. Though for me personally there was a mix up that left waiting for the HR rep for quite a while.

It was an in-person interview, the interviewer was very friendly. We went through the basic interview questions and i had to talk about myself, like my personal experience. Also, make sure you ask questions at the end.
