It was really a breeze, apply online, call for HR or go in person to the front desk and they will call HR and let them know you are serious about employment.. they will setup a phone interview.. then you will have an interview with the ETL or LOD that you will work under... they were very up front with me about the difficulty of the job and such... then they Told HR that I was qualified... then HR offered me a job.

Two part interview. One with the Store Lead and second with the executive store lead. General questions for the first. And a lot of scenario based questions in the second.

It was an in-person interview, the interviewer was very friendly. We went through the basic interview questions and i had to talk about myself, like my personal experience. Also, make sure you ask questions at the end.
