Interview
Al ot of typical Target questions, a bit unorthodox or more wanting to gauge your feel and decision making skills in certain real life scenario situations within the workplace. A lot of what would you do if...... or..... tell me about a time when this, that, and this happened simultaneously. Just as much they're looking for follow-through and thoroughness in your answering demonstrating critical thinking skills. Ensure you be very specific in laying out the scenario, your actions or partnerships that you took, and the ultimate outcome.
