I received a call from the recruiter at the beginning of April 2010. Set up a phone interview for a week later. After the interview, she set up another interview for the following week. They talked about relocating me and had already picked out a location for me. Told me to start looking for places to live. After the second interview she told me they were going to discuss salary and then call me the monday of the following week. 3 weeks passed, still hadn't heard from them. I went online and filled out the application for the actual job and also took a letter and my resume down to the headquarters in Minneapolis and dropped it off at her office. Kept trying to get in touch with them viw phone and email and never got a response. Not even as much as a 2 minute phone call to say "Thank you for your time, but we are going with another applicant." They had teh time to hunt my resume down online and to call me for multiple long interviews, but couldn't take 2 minutes to make that phone call to close the process. TWO MONTHS LATER I received the generic e-mail of "we are chosing to move forward with another applicant and thank you for your time". This was VERY poor business practice, especially after telling someone to look for places to live because they will be moving. Then not have the decency to call them in a timely manner? No Thank you.

I went through 2 interviews in a day. The first one was with the ETL and the second one was with the E-HR and STL. Both the interviews were positive, I was offered a position that same day. I joined the next week.
