Spoke with two of the Store's Executive Team Leaders, then interviewed with Store Team Leader, and then final interview with District Team Leader. Afterwards, there was a small waiting period until I was able to find anything out. Human Resources Executive Team Leader called me in and made the job offer.

Applied online then called in to the store I applied too. Talked to a manager that scheduled my interview a week and a half later. Went to the store and had to do an in store questionnaire. Then had my first 1:1 interview with a manager with 5 questions. Then went to a separate room to watch a video on the position and what target is about. Then had an interview with the backroom position manager.
